Managing a busy marketing and sales team, the role is based at our Silverstone headquarters. You will be the custodian of the David Brown Automotive brand and responsible for driving growth through increased brand and product awareness, managing marketing activities, lead generation and conversion and owners’ experience.

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of Sales Team based across Silverstone headquarters, London showroom and international distribution network, including distribution of leads and reporting
  • Take a proactive approach to dealing with leads in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Manage customer relationships throughout buying and build process, handover and aftersales, including also management of customers’ expectations
  • Manage and deal with complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Manage and provide customer feedback to design and engineering departments
  • Support strategy for worldwide distribution network
  • Act as point of contact to provide training, guidance and resource to distribution network
  • Undertake regular assessments to report on performance of distribution network
  • Provide insight into identifying new markets and future product, options and accessories ranges
  • Driving good practice for maintenance of accurate and detailed customer and lead records using CRM software


  • Act as a guardian of the David Brown Automotive brand
  • Responsible for increasing brand and product awareness both nationally and worldwide
  • Day-to-day management of marketing and communications team
  • Creation of yearly marketing and communications strategy
  • Planning and leading press activities
  • Support in social media strategy and management
  • Customisation of marketing and PR activities to suit local cultures and markets
  • Leading and managing marketing team to identify potential marketing opportunities, including organisation and running of events, both small and large-scale
  • Management and review of marketing, creative and PR agencies and contracts
  • Creation of marketing collateral


  • Liaison with legal teams regarding sales, warranty and distribution contracts
  • Support the Sales & Marketing Director in any other activities as required
